All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of product and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you select. We offer several different shipping methods.
The choices available depend on:

- item(s) purchased
- product availability
- destination address.

Items shipped to PO Box addresses may only be shipped via USPS and cannot be expedited.

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order, and are based upon a simple calculation of order processing time and actual shipping time in business days.

Shipping time is the number of business days it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from K-Net Systems. The shipping time should be added to the number of days estimated for product availability.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.

Processing time + Shipping time = Total delivery time.
For example, 2-3 business days + 2-3 business days = 4-6 business days

K-Net Systems reserves the right to change shipping methods if the shipping method is not available or inconvenient.

In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or cancel your order.
