The original Intercooler I had around the 360's launch ended up frying my power supply simply because of the plastic connector. This one clearly has a metal connector and my new 360 hasn't had an issue since. In fact it has reduced the amount of heat generated and cut down on my disc locking errors because of it. It fits my original non Elite 360 after having to pop that spacer out, original or elite, you'll have to do it...

I broke the little spacer out and it fits just fine now. Not sure why it is in there. with a little screw driver just break it. It will snap off clean...

the power cord wont fit because there is a spacer that is messing it up. IT will not fit on your xbox 360 elite!!!..
