Except as expressly stated herein, K-Net Systems expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller "K-Net Systems" in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller "K-Net Systems" until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain all pertaining documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is solely for the items purchased.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, K-Net Systems Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. K-Net Systems Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, K-Net Systems Inc shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Warranty Disclaimer
All products sold by K-Net Systems are third party products and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. Accordingly, K-Net Systems makes no representation or warranty with respect to the product sold.
All sales on extended warranties are final. They are not returnable, and none refundable.

Order Acceptance Policy

K-Net Systems Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. K-Net Systems Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. K-Net Systems Inc is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by K-Net Systems Inc.
Sale Tax
K-Net Systems Inc shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. K-Net Systems Inc will not provide any technical notes on most products we sell.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against K-Net Systems Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the k-netsystems.net sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Kings County New York.
