Xbox 360 red ring of death.?

Okay, i haven't played the Xbox 360 for 5 days. I started playing Call of Duty 4 and lately my game has been freezing.. I kept turning it on and off for about 3 times. I turned it off again and when i turned it on i had the 3 red rings. I put it in a cool place for about an hour and it still freezes my game. So what should i do?

Send it to Microsoft.

will pay for everything. Do NOT do any towel tricks or anything like that because those are just temporary fixes that don't work.

Send your xbox off to Microsoft and they will send you a new one.

is assuming your 360 is still under warranty and it will take 2 4 weeks to have it shipped back to you.

other solution would be to go buy a new 360. I would go with the free option. Go here and click the image on the right saying “repair your console” www.xbox.com
