So at present i have a 22″ SDTV with 480 resolution which i play my Playstation 3 on, I was wondering if a bought a 26″ HD ready LCD TV with 720 resolution, and use an HDMI cable for my PS3 if there will be a big difference? Thanks in advance Related posts:

Screen size won't be much different, but the amount of detail present will be. So, yes there will be a big difference, but if it's so small, some small text might be a bit harder to read due to it being smaller relative to the size of the screen, but clearer because the screen is able to show the information more clearly. Yes, there will be a difference. On a screen of that size, HDMI vs. component will not be much of a difference, and component cables are cheap (they are identical to composite! Same connection).
i believe it will make a difference in picture quality as well as the sound in HD.
have less glare and depending on the contrast ratio of the lcd.it will make difference by far. upgrade if u can..and see the difference in the ps3.
also a blue ray player so keep that in mind as well.it should make a big difference.
