Xbox 360 repair help first time.?

So my xbox 360 has 1 red light E 74 cant do nothing with it tryed this allready support.microsoft.com didnt help.So I called Xbox customer support on July 13 2008 so the guy on the phone siade that they would be able to fix it with out me paying anything.Then he asked if i have a PC and a Printer to print something out for got why tho.”Xbox Customer Care” email and a “UPS Ship Notification” it says that i should get something buy July 17 2008 i guess its the empty box for my xbox the guy on the phone siade. It has Shipment Detail with all my info and Click here to track if UPS has received your shipment or visit. So with the empty box i put my xbox360 and a Paper Label?? Where do i get the Paper Label?? Is that the thing im suppose to print out and put on the empty box if not what is the thing im suppose to print out.

then what do i do with my box with my xbox 360?

They e-mailed all the information you need.

your X-box 360 safely (bubble wrap) inside a shipping box.

sturdy box will do.

e-mail you received contains the shipping slip you need to send it off. It's the one with the bar code on it.

will want to print that out and place on the box with your system.

that, you want to head to your nearest UPS store and they will send it off for you.

will also help you out if you did anything wrong with your packaging. If you don't have a UPS store near you then call UPS up and ask where you can drop it off. It's really not that tough and it should take you anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get it back at home.
