Xbox 360 Repair Status: No Pending Repair?

About two weeks ago, I sent my Xbox 360 to Microsoft to get fixed. 6 days later, I recieved an E-mail telling me that they had recieved my Xbox 360, and that I would recieve an E-mail when the repair was complete.

next day I went on Xbox.com to check my repair status and it said that the device had been repaired or replaced and that they were shipping it back to me. 3 days later I went on the website to check my repair status again, and instead of saying I was on step 4 of the process, my repair status says “No Pending Repair”. What does that mean for me? I checked on UPS.com to check the status of my package and it only had information as to the day they dropped the empty box to my house.

You shouldn't worry.. Something similar happened to me.. it seemed like it was sitting in some shipping center in McAllen TX forever and then all of a sudden it showed up as delivered.. They should have sent you a different tracking number for the trip back.. If you can't find the tracking number on the web site then maybe call and ask them.. Good luck..
