Call of Duty 3 came out for the Wii and what was a real let down that there was no multiplayer or Wi-Fi including Call of Duty 4 for the DS and the upcoming Call of Duty 5 If Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 had Wi-Fi what was the problem for Call of Duty Wi-Fi? Related posts:

it's because the Medal of Honor game came out almost a year later than Call of Duty 3.
CoD 3 was released, it was during the first released of the Wii, and the video game developers, especially third party developers, probably had no intentions of setting up an online Wi-Fi compatible play because the system was brand new and the wireless network had yet to prove itself. It was a lot later that game developers began to include Wi-Fi play for Wii titles, so that's why MoH has it, but CoD 3 doesn't
