How do I transfer music to my playstation 3 via SanDisk Cruzer Flash Drive?

I plug it into the ps3 it says, “No tracks found.” So what could be the problem. I also tried doing it Via Sony Ericsson W580I and then when I clicked music, And when to where it said USB Micro Card, It displayed all of my Artist that I had on the phone. I clicked the artist and it says “No tracks found” BUT when I hit Information under the trianlge menu It shows that I have for exaample 10 tracks in that artist.
Music is WMA mp3 format.
Help. Thank you.

Press triangle on your sandisk and then “show all” it will show all the files and then you copy them.
